Business Office Only Package $80 per month

Use of prominent  121 Queen St, Campbelltown (CBD) address for all your business letterhead, business cards, correspondence, etc.

Use of Street and/or PO Box address for any mail, deliveries which will be on-forwarded in accordance with your instructions. Local facsimile number for any transmitted correspondence.

Virtual Basic Package $120 per month (incl 40 free calls per month, excess calls $2.50 ea)

Virtual Complete Package $180 per month (incl 80 free calls per month, excess calls $1.50 ea)

Our Virtual Office Service includes a dedicated phone number(s) for your business. Our receptionists professionally answer your calls in your company’s name with your personal dialogue script during normal business hours. According to your instructions, important calls can be transferred to you immediately or messages taken and sent to you by email or SMS.

Simply divert any phone numbers or 1300/1800 numbers to your dedicated MBC number and our receptionists will manage your calls. Your business remains open every business day and calls are managed when you are unable to take them. 

After business hours our IP phone system can manage your calls 24/7, provide personal voicemail, and the VMF - Voice Mail Forwarding feature can forward a copy of the message to your nominated email address.

Add Appointments Package for additional $60 per month

For an additional $60 month we can take bookings & appointments for you. Appointments are booked through MS Outlook Calendar and sent to your nominated email address. 

We can send your clients a reminder SMS or courtesy call at a nominated time (ie 24hr/1 week) ahead of appointment.
